News and Articles About Cruise For A Cause

$80, 121 from 2018!!!

Dan and Linda Neve donated $58,000 to Marshfield Clinic Wednesday in 2017

He donated money he raised through his Cruise for a Cause. He started the initiative when both his mother and wife were diagnosed with breast cancer.

For the last five years, Neve has used his vacation days to drive around the country in his Ford Shelby Mustang raising money.

He sells raffle tickets and t-shirts at national car shows and events.

This year was his best one yet. Neve raised more than $60,000 going to cities like Charlotte, Detroit and Las Vegas.

"To me, it wasn't just about helping my wife or my mother," Neve said. "It's about so my granddaughter and her kids don't have to hopefully deal with this disease. My whole focus for Cruise for a Cause is we need to find a cure."

Neve says he sees potential similarities between breast cancer and polio. He thinks there can be a future where you just wouldn't know anyone with breast cancer.

Marshfield Clinic directors say all of the Neves' money will go directly to research efforts.
